Meet the Founder

Walter is an author, speaker, and poet with a heartfelt mission: to inspire individuals to transform their adversities into opportunities. His passion for this mission arose from his experiences, where he faced and overcame significant challenges. Through these trials, he developed a deep appreciation for difficult times, recognizing that they not only build strength but also offer invaluable lessons and often bring the greatest rewards. He resides in Bel Air, MD, with his loving wife Jessika and their son Langston. By day, he serves as a full-time Enterprise Risk Manager for a financial company. In his free time, he enjoys bowling, playing basketball, writing poetry, and cherishing moments with his family.
